Consulting and ReferralsReferrals In general, the Manufacturers Alliance will give quick referrals to members for any needed resource - whenever possible. For example, members may inquire about who they can contact that may have implemented new policies under consideration. They may be seeking a training resource or someone who may have implemented a particular best practice improvement. The Manufacturers Alliance will turn to fellow member resources first, then to any credible local resource. Referrals do not imply endorsement of services or outcomes. Consulting The Manufacturers Alliance has many credible members and advertisers who offer training and consulting services. Similar to the above policy, we may pass on our awareness of their services without endorsement. Lean Enterprise Consulting The exception to the above is where we have significant knowledge of Lean practices and principles. We do have long-term experience with some Lean consultants and testimonials from members. We will share this knowledge and experience on who members are using. |
