Annual Scholarship Program

The Award
Scholarships will be awarded in the Spring and Fall every year as a part of Manufacturers Week in Minnesota and the Annual Manufacturer of the Year award ceremony. Each scholarship is valued at $2400 and is redeemable for leadership and continuous improvement training or certification from the Manufacturers Alliance.

Qualified Applicants
Employees of Minnesota manufacturers, distributors and their suppliers who seek to continually improve. You may nominate yourself or a fellow employee.

Purpose & Criteria
The purpose is to offer training assistance to companies and their key employees who are interested in additional leadership or continuous improvement skills.  The criteria includes an explanation of plans to apply the training to company goals.  

How to apply
Fill out and submit the online form.  Briefly describe in 300 words or less how the applicant and the company will benefit from our training. Provide one manager’s signature and one endorsement from a colleague. The application may be sent to ma@mfrall.com.

Selection Process
The final review and selection will be made by a committee of Continuous Improvement Champions and the Manufacturers Alliance.
