Lean Practitioner
Learn and apply improvement techniques including: 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen. Certification can be completed in as little as 6 months.

Lean Leader
Learn how to effectively lead and train others in continuous improvement, so that you may develop a critical mass of problem solvers at your company.

 6 Sigma Green Belt
Trying to solve a variation issue or increase product yield? Look to the DMAIC problem solving method to help you get to the root cause!

Lean 6 Sigma
Would you rather improve quality or productivity? You can eliminate both process waste and variability with Lean 6 Sigma.
